What's your turnaround time?


Great question! Right now, we estimate a 14-18 business day timeline to get your order delivered to you. That includes 4-6 business days to process and fulfill your order, then a 10-12 business day estimate on shipping. Your order can also arrive before! Please note that this is just an estimate. Unforeseen circumstances and delays may occur with fulfillment or shipping which could result in your order being delivered later than expected.

Where do you get your designs?


We proudly create all our designs in house and everything is hand-drawn by our Owner+Magic Creator - Neel! We also collaborate with other brands, so those designs would be created together with the other brand! Interested in collaborating with us? Shoot us an email - the.project.magic@gmail.com

Will I receive a shipping notification for my order?


Your order will be processed and fulfilled within 4-6 business days, and will be shipped after that. You will not receive a separate shipping notification email after your order confirmation email, unless there is an issue with your order. If it has been more than 22 business days since you placed your order, and you have not received your order, please send us an email at the.project.magic@gmail.com




What's your return policy?


All items at Project Magic Inc. are FINAL SALE. If an item has been damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us at the.project.magic@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.




I got my order, but a product is damaged - what do I do?

I only received part of my order - what do I do?


We ship orders out as they're fulfilled so a piece of magic can reach you as fast as possible! That means you may receive part of your order separately and earlier than the rest of your items. Please be patient as your order will be delivered within 22 business days at the latest. If it has been more than 22 business days since you made an order with Project Magic Inc., please send us an email at hello@projectmagicinc.com and we'll help you out!
